BALANCE YOUR LIFE, as in ? Do you feel yourself pulled in a million directions? We all feel that way at some point of our life. We have been stuck between the urge of wanting more and being satisfied from what we have. Finding balance between everything and in life is hard to achieve as we are so confused in our lives that we don’t even understand that what to do sometimes. This happens because there’s no balance in our life. How do we get a well balanced life ?

Remain focused and disciplined. Do you ever feel flooded at times? That may be because you value quantity over quality. Your goal shouldn’t be checking items off a to-do list, but rather doing things that matter.

Invest your time wisely. Resources are finite. When you overbook your time, you fail to dedicate the attention that your priorities deserve.

Learn to set boundaries. The goal shouldn’t always be adding things to your to-do list, but also subtracting from daily tasks. Because if you’ll mix up the things, it will distribute your time from your priorities. So learn to say “No.” “Problems arise in that one has to find a balance between what people need from you and what you need for yourself.”

Invest in relationships. Relationships are the main source of a person’s happiness. Being a good mate, parent, or friend doesn’t happen by chance. It requires an investment.

Try something new. Don’t be so busy that you don’t have time for something new. Expand your vision. You won’t know what the world offers unless you give it a try.

Live life with a purpose. Happiness isn’t the result of accumulating things. It’s about living life with a purpose.

So, keep the balance in your life and the key to keeping your balance is knowing when you’ve lost it.” Your happiness lies in the balance.
