We all are aware of the term ‘respect’. Also we often use this term as well. But do you exactly know the meaning of respect or what does it means? Respect is admiring, regarding and concerning for someone’s feelings, abilities, qualities or achievements.

“Respect was invented to cover the empty place where love should be.”

Trump says, ” Put in is a respectable person.” Now we have the word ‘respectable’. That means one has to give an honour to the other person. In our Vedic period senior demands a respect from the junior in the family, i.e the elders in the family have some respect from the junior. Likewise the junior have some sought of loving words by the seniors. In this way our Vedic culture teaches us that the honour has to be provided by the junior to the seniors. But the value system in our current time has gone a drastic change. When we are walking on the street we see that some junior person is rebutting the senior one, for no fault of him. This we see in our daily lives. The children at home also rebutting their parents and shout over the behaviour of the parent. They do not realise that he or she is the child of his parent. Here we must consider our self that if we do not pay respect to our parents we may also not be respected by them. Hence, a respect is an inherent right of the person. If we pay respect to our parent or seniors, we also get the respect in return.

Hence, ever since the world is created the Vedic culture in India prevails. Man also has a dignity and honour. This is the human nature. The world has changed at every state, one has to behave sensibly, whether in his schools, colleges, work place, corporate world and the business spheres. Politeness is another word that directs towards the respectability. In communication we are supposed to express ourselves in a very polite manner to others. This is also an index of paying a respect to the person to whom we are communicating. The other party would think that this man respects me, and could also pay respect to others. This is a phenomenon of giving and receiving a due respect to each one. On the other hand we see some altercations at the Metro to getting window. The counter part enters into unnecessary arguement with the commuters, on a pretext of ticketing and some money exchanges. The manner in which both of them conveys this respectful words to each other. In this case no one pays respect to each other. This was, the end result quarrel between each other.

The society of humanity is vast. If we do not communicate ourselves in a dignified way, then we do not deserve any respect from the person to whom we are communicating to. To get respect from others we have to think ourselves first. As to how to behave in the society, so that the society also gives us the respect. Now if settle issues in the society comes up, that are very formulative then, these issues are to be solved in a very respectful ways, otherwise we have seen many situations where the life and properties were destroyed and ultimately the people had suffered. Therefore the dignity and respect demands that we should not leave the polite manner of tackling any issue. The respectful manner results in positive ways. To give respect and tells reciprocity.

“Respect for ourselves guides our morals; respect for others guides our manners”

Respect is a two-way street, if you want to get it, you’ve got to give it.

What is Time ?

Time simply means past, present and future. Our whole life revolves around these three factors.

What is Money ?

A medium of exchange in the form of coins and notes through which the assets, property, and resources owned by someone.

Time is an important factor in one’s life and also in the corporate world at large. Each person has to think about the element of time in each aspect of life. As the sun arises each morning and sets in the evening in the entire parts of the Globe. The human factor and also the nature of work are all mixed together. We as a human being have to perform different types of duties, right from morning till night when we go to bed. We have twenty four hours and not twenty five to perform our duties according to the time. Students have to get up early in the morning at 6 o’clock then have to get ready for the schools or colleges as the case maybe, they have to spend time in the schools and colleges. After returning from there they have their lunch and then take some rest, then again in the evening they perform their work according to the need of an hour. The evening comes and the night follows, after the final prayer they go to bed, and the twenty four hours of the day is over.

For the working people, the farmers have to rush to their farms, the workers to the field and the factory, the officers to the offices and rest of the humanity are at their duties as the day comes.

All these spheres of life, requires the Time Management. One has to give priority to one’s requirement of work or duty. Without assigning priority or step by step going to the work concerned would not be possible to achieve or complete. We have to prioritize each elements of time to perform or complete our work on hand. We have to always think about the time consumption required in a particular type of activity so as to achieve our goals in life. The preparation of the schedule of the time management is a must. We have to select the time hour for performing a particular work in a day. If we are not able to perform as per the time selected then the work remains pending and that affects the over all performance of the entire day. Finally we lacked behind. That is a negative aspect of the life, resulting from not prioritizing the time schedule as a whole.

Similarly, the money part needs prioritizing for the sake of consumption or spending. It is said that “Time is money” that means if we do not prioritize time then our money part becomes affected. As the machine produces a product say car, it requires time to produce a car taking into account, the time elements involved in it. For producing anything the time element goes into it and the same is transformed into money. Wasting time results into wasting money.

For instance, If the workers of a factory are on a strike then the production of a product say car, is not there. Hence the money obtained by selling a car is lost. So the time is an important element entered into money. Therefore, we see that time is money, and these things or elements are to be prioritized. If there is no priority of time and money, as to how spending the final result would be either positive or negative as the case maybe.

Hence, learn to manage both of them equally so as to ease your life your goals and to be happy.

Time is money, value it and manage it properly else you’ll regret.

“Self-care is never a selfish act—it is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer to others.”

What is Self-Image?

Self-Image – The idea, conception, abilities, personality or mental image one has of oneself.

Self-Esteem – Respecting and appreciating yourself for who you are.

So there are some ways through which you can test your personal magnetism.

“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.”

To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance.

What is self confidence?

Self confidence simply means a feeling of trust in one’s ability, power, qualities and personal judgement. Two main things contribute to self-confidence that are self-efficacy and self-esteem. We gain a sense of self-efficacy when we see ourselves (and others similar to ourselves) mastering skills and achieving goals that matter in those skill areas. This is the confidence that, if we learn and work hard in a particular area, we’ll succeed; and it’s this type of confidence that leads people to accept difficult challenges, and persist in the face of setbacks. This overlaps with the idea of self-esteem, which is a more general sense that we can cope with what’s going on in our lives, and that we have a right to be happy. Partly, this comes from a feeling that the people around us approve of us, which we may or may not be able to control. However, it also comes from the sense that we are behaving virtuously, that we’re competent at what we do, and that we can compete successfully when we put our minds to it. Some people believe that self-confidence can be built with affirmations and positive thinking. It is believed that there’s some truth in this, but that it’s just as important to build self-confidence by setting and achieving goals – thereby building competence.

What is self esteem ?

People are often confused about what it means to have self-esteem. Some think it has to do with the way you look or how popular you are with your friends or others. Others believe that having a great body will help you gain self-esteem, while others think you actually need to have accomplished something in order to have good self-esteem. Self-esteem simply means appreciating yourself for who you are. Self-esteem is similar to self-worth (how much a person values himself or herself). This can change from day to day or from year to year, but overall self-esteem tends to develop from infancy and keep going until we are adults.

What can develop self esteem ?

Take a deep breath : Staying relaxed and being laid-back in general can help you see the bigger picture and not sweat the small stuff so much. It’s also a good frame of mind to be in when you’re taking a close look at the things you’re not so good at the things you’re not so good at.

Take inventory of your strengths : Everybody’s good at something, and many people are good at quite a few things. Even if you don’t have a talent or strength that you’re aware of, you probably have some interests can develop into strengths. Make a list of a few things you’re good at and a few things you’re interested in and would like to be better at. Share this list with your parents, an aunt or uncle, or a teacher you like and trust. They can probably help you find other things you’re good at, too, and help you come up with a plan for developing other skills and interests.

Realize your limits : Nobody’s perfect — not even close. It may not always seem this way, but it’s true. So if you weren’t born a good singer, a super athlete or an “A” student, that’s OK. You have a personality and a perspective on the world that’s all your own and completely valuable.

Stop putting yourself down. Now! : One of the biggest things that keeps people from achieving their goals — and feeling good about themselves — is negative self-talk

In other words, telling yourself that you’re a loser or a failure puts a big damper on your ability to get what you want and be who you want. If you don’t do well at a particular project or task, it doesn’t mean that you never will. Perhaps you weren’t prepared or the time simply wasn’t right. It doesn’t mean that you’re a lousy human being or that you’ll never succeed. It’s OK to be upset for a bit when things don’t go your way, but after a little while, let it go and move on. You’ll be that much closer to achieving what you want if you do.

Celebrate progress and small victories : Did you pass your driver’s test or gave a great speech despite feeling nervous? Give credit where credit’s due: You did it, and you rule! And guess what? You can tackle bigger, harder projects, too.

Pat yourself on the back every day : Find a few small things that you did well each day. Whether it’s waking up on time, smiling at the dorky hall monitor or sending a card to your grandmother, a lot of good can be accomplished in one day — and it’s something to take pride in.

Low self esteem is like driving through life with your hand-break on.

What is a writing ?

Writing is a written concept or a write-up use to express someone’s words, feelings, expressions or emotions and exchanging thoughts and ideas through a write-up. Writing basically is a medium of communication between a group of people or between two persons. It represents language and emotions with signs and symbols. Writing has a same structure represented in different ways like speech, debate, letters, blogs or a website. Many people nowadays has start up their blogs or either their own websites in which they use to post the content of their interest whether it is fashion, food, motivation, to incite someone or for anything else. Nowadays we have too many bloggers around so many people who have their own websites and use to express their words or interest onto it to the public.

But there’s a difference between a blog and a website and it’s a very major difference between the two.

The major difference between a blog and a website is in how the data is being presented- the format basically.

What is a blog ?

A blog is a web log that a blogger makes and use it for their content and interest, which can be easily started with WordPress and Blogger etc. Quality and regularity are examples of a good blog.

What is a website ?

A website can be anything, which is an interest presented in HTML, CSS, JAVA and various other software. A website is not just posts, it’s a home page which would be more than browsing other pages, from services like Adobe Dreamweaver, you could build your own website and also you have to buy your own domain name for your website.

This is the main difference between a blog and a website.

Always remember that a blog and a website is not the same as they meant different, they worked different and also functions differently. As same as :

“All apples are fruits but not all fruits are apples.”

“All blogs are websites but not all websites are blogs.”

OKAY, now that was the difference between the two and now moving further apart from it is to a question that:

A craft is a skill, especially involving practical arts. It may refer to a trade or a particular art.

Art is the process or product of deliberately arranging elements in a way that appeals to the senses or emotions. It encompasses a diverse range of human activities, creations and model of expressions, including music, literature, films, sculpture, and painting.

Writing is both an art or a craft. It cannot be considered just one as an art or a craft. As the real art is in the craft- both the words comes together, emerges together explaining each other’s role and importance. Even  the most artful writing relies on craft and visa versa. No doubt writing is most commonly considered an art form. If one has the talent of a creativity thing called craft then other has the talent of explaining the emotions very slightly and peacefully through a common piece of painting called art.

They both complement each other in writing because while writing a write-up or anything you first need a creative mind with fine hands through which you can portrait your feelings and expressions in the form of words on a piece of paper or a web page or anything. Always remember writing good dialogue is art as well as craft too. Reflect your expressions through your words before you act. The craft of writing is the art of discovering what you believe.

“The craft of writing is the art of penetrating other minds with the figures that are in your own mind.”

A true artist is not one who is inspired, but one who inspire others.

Before starting to my web log I would first like to tell you that ‘What is an optimism?’

“Optimism is the faith that leads to ACHIEVEMENT. Nothing can be done without HOPE and CONFIDENCE.

Optimism is a mental attitude. Optimism is basically a form of positive thinking that includes the belief that you are responsible for your own happiness, and that more good things than bad will continue to happen to you. In another words Optimism means hopefulness and confidence about the future or the success of something.

Optimism is a significant essence of life. Life means live happily and peacefully with all one’s energy. As the sun rises and sets and again the next day the sun comes out with it’s full blossom. That indicates that we living beings must tell you out our purpose of life. For instance a child goes early in the morning to his or her school as their destination of the life. They have learnt the purpose of living. A full grown man carries out his work in a working environment whether an office, a factory, a firm land, a shop, or any other working venture. All these tell us something or the other purpose of life, example we have a case of Bavani Masjid in the Supreme Court. The court has to deliberate the petition for justice towards the court has given a temporarily relief as to conduct the proceeding on the daily basis at the Court in Lucknow and give the final verdict there itself. Now this is a continuous process in life. The life covers the entire aspects of human nature and culture, these are a continuous process. There are lots of ups and downs affecting the human life. The human being have a psychological basis of mind. The mind functions according to the development of the situation, the situation forces to be happy or unhappy. If the situation demands that the human being must bare the crunch of the problem of life. This unhappiness affects the human being in a positive or a negative way. Now, is the question before the human being whether to feel positive or negative as per the effects of the situation upon the human mind, is something great happens in the minds of human being that his chosen result has been achieved. For instance he has passed in some examination. This gifts happiness in his mind. Or if he has failed in the examination it gives him the unhappiness. Here comes the function of optimism in life, one must take it with strong views in his or her mind and accept the consequences. This is one role of taking the viewpoint of optimistic way of thinking.

One should not take it as the negative effects for that failure or result or consequences in life. We see many human souls losing energies to work further. At times we hear that someone has come in front of the metro train at the metro station and the person is dead. In this case we see that the person concerned has failed to use his energy in life. And he was not hopeful of any further chances in life, therefore he ended his life by himself.

In the above case study the element of optimism was completely exhausted. At the same time we see another case that if the person has failed in one attempt of his target then he or she should attempt further for the second time to achieve his/her goals in life and then they finally succeeds. This is a case of pure optimistic way of thinking in life and thereby achieving one’s goal !

“Be Optimistic – People want to be around others who view life as a positive venture.”

To find optimism, look for the good things in life.

“The tongue is the only tool that gets sharper with use”

Well sometimes we get into the situation in which we lost our temper or get high-per and sometimes get irritated too, due to which our anger gets out of control which leads our tongue to speak out the words which use to be inside and not to be outspoken. Being out of control or impatient is not right, whatever the situation is you have to be very patient and keep yourself calm and solve your problems calmly.

Okay, now let’s go in the track other than anger, it’s not obvious that you’ll be outspoken only when you are in anger or in the situation where your patience has to be tested. Sometimes the situation can be different also.

For instance; while we prepare ourselves to convey our thoughts and ideas to someone for achieving our aim or making an impression on others, we have to be calculative and brief. So as to fulfill that, our ideas or interest should be upon the objective target that is the person or a group of people, for eg. the business communication to promote the sale of any brand of consumer items. It may be of any brand. In this case we have to be very brief to the customer and motivate them to select their choice for either any amongst the two brands in which they are getting confused. You can always help them, guide them and suggest them but remember you can never force them to buy any of the product you want to sell. The choice is purely will be of the person’s concerned.

Now, we are in a deliberation to control out tongue in persuading the customer to have their expression for selecting a particular brand of consumer item. We should not indulge in unnecessary conversation for the campaign or promoting the specific brand of a product.

Moreover, nowadays we have Facebook and Twitter in which we do express our thoughts and ideas to our friends or to the world at large, in this connection we have to be little conscious about expressing ourselves or about some special topics or ideas to the concerned objects. For instance sometimes it happens that we react to some celebrity’s reaction about the world affairs. If any bolly-wood star is expressing their opinion in the public about any particular issue and we want to express our views on their expression then we have to be very precised and brief. At the same time our tongue must be in a sliced manner. Our words have to be selective and expressive.

All these necessities restricted expression to the thoughts and ideas in general.

This should be the manner and courtesy for controlling your words or tongue in front of anyone to not to be rude and bad in anyone’s mind.

You should THINK before you speak.

T- is it true ?

H- is it helpful ?

I- is it inspiring ?

N- is it necessary ?

K- is it kind ?

You should think of the ENVIRONMENT while speaking. REMIND your family background while taking slangs out. And most importantly BE SILENT sometimes because being silent is the best way to let someone realize their mistakes. SILENCE is not only a sign of weakness; it’s also a sign of strong SELF CONTROL.

Have a clear mind while speaking anything.

And it was just another day, I was in my class, sitting next to my friend and suddenly the teacher in our class raised a question to the entire class and that is “HOW TO MOTIVATE PEOPLE ?”

One girl answered ; by thinking positive. One boy replied by having clear thoughts in your mind. And the series goes on and on, different people replied differently the same thing but the point they were explaining were all same and meant same. The teacher was not happy with the replies she got from her students. She again asked the same question and added that if anybody is  having a different answer ?

Then one girl stand and said ; Motivating people is an art, it’s a creativity. We can motivate people by having positive thinking, by having that ability to express ourselves, the views and points and to explain our past experiences to them. And that’s not too tough to do that but the main question arises that if the person we are motivating is really motivated or not ? Means is he/she actually listening to our point or they are just physically present in front of us but truly mentally they are in their own another world. Okay let suppose they are listening to our views and talks carefully and seriously but another question which arises is that how they take it to them and how they apply it in their lives.

It’s not just enough to explain yourself to one person and let them go infact it is also important to look over that person that what are they up to with my motivation. If they are using it in their life and applying it on themselves then it is useful for you to motivate them and it is worth giving you a speech on to it to them.

People nowadays are living in their own fantasy world and once they get hurt by anyone or they got broken from someone they are just totally got stucked in their life and think that they are in depression which is just a psychological thinking. Actually they were not in any trauma, it was all psychologically. They then start reading motivational quotes, novels and stories which they read and forget it next day.

People need to understand that if they are spending their too much time on the internet reading quotes, stories etc. then they should apply them in their lives and get some motivation to change their perceptions towards life. They need to get that actually the quotes and stories will not change their lives but it’s their way of thinking and their way of doing things.

Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass but learning to dance in the rain.

He was….he was something magical, something like a dream which came to her , asked her for her life and she silently handed him her whole life in his hands which were temporary owned by him but not permanently.

She thought that he is the only one and he is the right owner for her heart. In the starting they both were happy, they used to eat together, study together, hang out together. They both were thinking that they have find their true mate but is it so..?

Days passed away their relationship became strong. They were now more close to each other. Then seven months later the boy started losing his interest from his girl. He started ignoring her text, he maintained distance, he denied her to meet, to talk and also to message him. The girl thought that he’s in some trouble and he’s not telling her as she will not bare the sight when he got sad. She again called him, forces him to meet her. But as usual he denied. Their talks became less, they do not see each other for 2-3 months. And suddenly after four months boy came with another girl and stand in front of her ex. She was all broken when he says that i found a new girl. He was in no more love with her. She cried like hell, she yelled to him that don’t do this to her but he didn’t listened to her and ran away from her with that new girl.

On that very particular moment she decided not to love him more and finished all his memories from her phone, laptop but not from her mind and most importantly from her heart. He was all into her mind, her heart. She was not able to stop herself from loving him but she has to. Because she knew he will never return in her life.

All she was left with was his endless memories from which she can never come out.

She decided to start a new beginning, a new life and now she’s a well known BLOGGER.

The boy mentioned above was not having any idea that what he has lost but yes this is sure that he will regret for his doings and for his cruel behaviour which he has done with her because what she have lost was not her’s but what he has lost was totally and brutally belongs to him only.

Sometimes holding on does more damage than letting go. She let him go to live…to live him his life but more importantly to live her dreams.

It was his attraction who ruined her life but her true love who filled his life with happiness and love.

KINDLY, know the difference between LOVE and ATTRACTION ! Because your attraction can kill someone’s happiness and reason to live. If you are saying yes, then whatever the situation is say it with your whole heart and love or don’t say it at all.

LOVE is an unconditional commitment to an imperfect person. To love somebody isn’t just a strong feeling. it is a decision, a judgement, and a promise. Love is that promise that if you are giving some part of yourself to each other then give all of it to them truly.
